The University of Arkansas Daily Newswire featured Charles Withnell’s undergraduate thesis work on fossil shrews. His work was funded by NSF and the University of Arkansas Honors College. Withnell and Ungar recently published their shrew research in Mammalia (see previous post). The Ungar lab is continuing to use new, innovative techniques to study the surface of various rodent teeth.
